This Privacy Policy explains how Jackpot Travel, operated by Jackpot Ventures LLC ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use our flight deal alert service. By using Jackpot Travel, you agree to the practices described here.
We collect the information you provide when you create an account and set your preferences — including your name, email address, profile photo, home airports, destinations, cabin preferences, and alert settings. We also collect basic usage data needed to operate and improve the service.
When you sign in with Google, we handle your Google account data as described below. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We only access your name, email address, and profile photo from Google OAuth. We do not access Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google service.
This data is used solely to create and identify your Jackpot Travel account. Your email address is used to send flight deal alerts and service notifications. Your name and profile photo are displayed in your dashboard.
Your Google user data is never sold or shared with third parties. It is shared only with Supabase, our database provider, solely for the purpose of operating the service.
Your data is stored securely in Supabase (US East) using encrypted connections, with row-level security ensuring that each user can only access their own data.
Your data is retained for the duration of your account. You can request full deletion at any time by emailing hello@jackpot.travel — all of your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
We use your information to operate the service: to identify your account, send the flight deal alerts and notifications you have opted into, tailor deals to your saved routes and preferences, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal information.
We share data only with the providers required to run the service — including Supabase (database and authentication) and our payment and email delivery providers — and only to the extent necessary to operate Jackpot Travel. These providers are bound to handle your data securely and only on our behalf.
You can access and update your account information from your dashboard, unsubscribe from alerts at any time, and request a full export or deletion of your data by emailing hello@jackpot.travel.
