Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using Jackpot Travel, operated by Jackpot Ventures LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. What Jackpot Travel is

Jackpot Travel is a flight deal alert service. We monitor airline prices and notify you of deals we believe are significantly below normal market rates. We are not a travel agency, airline, or booking service. We do not sell flights — we surface deals and link you to third-party booking platforms.

3. No guarantee of deals

Mistake fares and error prices are unpredictable. Airlines can cancel, reprice, or refuse to honor error fares at any time. We make no guarantee that any deal we alert you to will be honored, available, or bookable by the time you act on it. We are not responsible for any losses arising from deals that are cancelled or repriced.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• — Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup
• — You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
• — We offer a 30-day refund policy — email hello@jackpot.travel within 30 days of purchase
• — Founding Member pricing is locked for life as long as your subscription remains active
• — We reserve the right to change pricing for new subscribers with 30 days notice

5. Affiliate relationships

Jackpot Travel earns commissions when you book through our affiliate links. This does not affect the price you pay and does not influence which deals we surface. We surface deals based on value to you, not commission rates.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute our deal alerts. Each account is for one person. Sharing account credentials or deal alerts for commercial purposes is prohibited and may result in account termination without refund.

7. AI coaching disclaimer

Jackpot AI provides general travel guidance and deal analysis. It is not a licensed travel agent or financial advisor. Always verify booking details, visa requirements, and travel restrictions independently before purchasing any ticket.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jackpot Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service, including missed deals, cancelled fares, or booking errors on third-party platforms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
